Slow Down this Holiday Season with Heyday Store

Store is now permanently closed.

Right now, it is the time of the year where gift givers are frantically attempting to purchase gifts for their loved ones. With all the flurry of sales advertisements bombarding us though our media channels, it can become very overwhelming and unnecessarily stressful.

Gift shopping however, does not need to be stress inducing. Let me present to you, Heyday Store.

Heyday store is a collection of curated gifts, clothing, and thoughtful items for women, kids, and around the home. The layout and ambience of the store is simple and contemporary, with products being laid out in a non-cluttered and accessible manner.

The owner, Karah Hogarth, is full of energy and friendliness. The products that Karah decides to stock have been selected with intent, embodying values such as local, sustainable, and handcrafted.

Vege Threads, Baggu, HunterMade, and Happy in Finland are some of the labels you’ll find in store.

My first visit to Heyday store also coincided with a special event in-store. The event, Slow Down for the Season, featured the likes of The Stolen Stylist, Slow Clothes, Ochre Ceramics, and What She Finds.

Alongside Heyday Store’s products, shoppers on the evening had the opportunity to shop from the special guests’ wares. They were also treated to some wines and a plant-based platter by Folkfare.

So, if you’re looking for a store to shop in that’s calm and considered, look no further than Heyday store.
